電渦流測(cè)功機(jī)主要加載范疇

　　電渦流測(cè)功機(jī)是目前國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)的加載測(cè)功設(shè)備，主要用來(lái)測(cè)量各種動(dòng)力裝置的機(jī)械性能。DW及DWD系列主要由旋轉(zhuǎn)部分(感應(yīng)盤)、擺動(dòng)部分(電樞和勵(lì)磁部分)、測(cè)力部分和校正部分組成。

　　勵(lì)磁繞組通電后，產(chǎn)生一個(gè)閉合磁通。當(dāng)感應(yīng)盤(齒狀)旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，氣隙磁密隨之發(fā)生周期性變化，感應(yīng)出渦流，由于“渦流”和磁場(chǎng)的耦合作用，在轉(zhuǎn)子上產(chǎn)生制動(dòng)力矩，而在電樞體上則產(chǎn)生與拖動(dòng)力矩相同的轉(zhuǎn)矩，并經(jīng)裝在電樞體四氟上的力傳感器檢測(cè)出來(lái)，從而達(dá)到測(cè)試扭矩的目的。 在轉(zhuǎn)速測(cè)量上，采用非接觸式的磁電式轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器，將轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào)輸出。

　　本機(jī)適用于中、小型功率電機(jī)、汽車、內(nèi)燃機(jī)、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)、水輪機(jī)、工程機(jī)械、林業(yè)、礦山、石油鉆采等機(jī)械的性能試驗(yàn)，也可作為其它動(dòng)力設(shè)備的吸功裝置消聲設(shè)備。

　　Eddy current dynamometer is the advanced load dynamometer equipment, mainly used to measure the mechanical properties of various power plant. DW, and DWD series mainly by the rotating part (sensor plate), swing part (armature and the excitation part), part of the measuring and calibration components.
